Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They remember preferences, keep your session active and measure how the site is used. Similar technologies such as pixels and local storage work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy.
The first time you enter the site, you choose between accept all, reject all or customise by category. Until you decide, no non-essential cookie is loaded.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, or by opening preferences now. Withdrawing consent also deletes cookies already stored for the refused categories.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may stop working correctly.

When you reach the site through an ad or campaign, we store the source parameters that come in the link itself, so we know which campaign a contact request should be attributed to. These are first-party cookies of ours: they do not follow you across other sites, do not build a profile and are not used to serve ads. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring commercial source (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD).
Because they are essential to knowing where our business contacts come from, they do not depend on prior acceptance. If you reject the Marketing category, exercising the right to object under Art. 18, §2, they are deleted immediately and we stop storing them on subsequent visits.
